Synchronized swimming became a full Olympic sport in the Olympics in Los Angeles 1984th As early as 1920 the sport developed in Canada, but under the name of water ballet. Between 1948 and 1968 was synchronized swimming a demonstration sport at the Olympic program. Synchronized swimming is considered in two parts: a technical part, where a certain number of moves to be made, as well as a free part.
The contest consists of two routines, one technical and one free. The technical part is performed with a set of given moment according to a predetermined schedule. The optional operator can choose the artistic programming and choreography, at their discretion.
For every moment – technically and choreographically – parts judges out scoring with a maxskala on ten points. In the branches carried out by law, it is important for synchronization and perfect timing.
